This Privacy Policy describes how AD_REPORT ("AD_REPORT", "we", "our", or "the application") accesses, processes, uses, stores, and protects information when users authorize or use the application.
AD_REPORT is designed primarily for advertising reporting, analytics, account management, and related internal business purposes. The application may connect to third-party advertising platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), through their authorized APIs.
1. Purpose of the Application
AD_REPORT is used to retrieve, consolidate, analyze, and display advertising and campaign performance information from authorized advertising accounts.
Depending on the permissions granted by an authorized user, the application may perform functions including:
- Retrieving advertising account information;
- Retrieving campaign, ad set, and advertisement information;
- Retrieving advertising performance metrics;
- Generating advertising reports and dashboards;
- Monitoring campaign performance;
- Analyzing advertising effectiveness;
- Supporting advertising account administration and campaign management, where the user has granted the applicable permissions.
2. Information We May Access
The information accessed by AD_REPORT depends on the permissions explicitly granted by the user and the APIs made available by the relevant platform.
2.1 Meta Advertising Data
When AD_REPORT is connected to Meta through the Meta Platform or Meta Marketing API, we may access authorized advertising-related information such as:
- Ad account ID and ad account name;
- Business account information;
- Campaign IDs, names, statuses, objectives, and settings;
- Ad set IDs, names, statuses, budgets, and settings;
- Advertisement IDs, names, statuses, and creative metadata;
- Advertising spend;
- Impressions;
- Reach and frequency;
- Clicks and link clicks;
- Video views and engagement metrics;
- Conversions and conversion-related metrics;
- Cost and efficiency metrics;
- Attribution and reporting information;
- Other advertising performance information permitted by the Meta API and authorized by the user.
2.2 Authentication and Authorization Information
To access authorized advertising data, AD_REPORT may process authentication information provided through supported OAuth or platform authorization mechanisms.
This may include access tokens, authorization identifiers, account identifiers, permission scopes, and related technical information required to establish and maintain an authorized connection.
Authentication credentials are used only for providing the application's authorized functionality and are not sold to third parties.
2.3 Technical Information
For application operation, security, debugging, and maintenance, we may process limited technical information, such as:
- Request timestamps;
- API request status;
- Error and diagnostic information;
- Application logs;
- Browser or network-related technical information where applicable.
3. How We Use Information
Information accessed through AD_REPORT is used only for legitimate application and business purposes, including:
- Providing advertising reporting functionality;
- Creating advertising performance reports;
- Creating dashboards and data visualizations;
- Monitoring advertising campaign performance;
- Conducting advertising analytics;
- Comparing performance across campaigns and platforms;
- Supporting authorized advertising operations;
- Maintaining and improving application functionality;
- Detecting errors, abuse, or security incidents;
- Complying with applicable legal and platform requirements.
4. Meta Platform Data
Where AD_REPORT accesses information through Meta APIs, such data is processed in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and other requirements imposed by Meta.
AD_REPORT does not use Meta Platform Data for purposes that are unrelated to the functionality authorized by the user.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data.
We do not use Meta Platform Data to create or enrich unrelated consumer profiles.
We do not transfer Meta Platform Data to data brokers or other parties for the purpose of selling, licensing, or monetizing personal information.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information or advertising platform data.
Information may be processed or shared only where reasonably necessary for purposes such as:
- Providing the functionality requested by an authorized user;
- Using service providers that support application hosting, infrastructure, storage, security, or analytics;
- Complying with applicable law, regulation, or legal process;
- Protecting the security and integrity of the application;
- Preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
Where third-party service providers process information on our behalf, access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide their services.
6. Data Storage
Advertising data may be temporarily or persistently stored where necessary to generate reports, maintain historical reporting, improve reporting efficiency, or support authorized business analytics.
Stored information may include advertising account identifiers, campaign information, performance metrics, report outputs, authorization metadata, and application logs.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide application functionality, to maintain legitimate business records, or to comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
Data that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise removed from active systems according to applicable operational and legal requirements.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or misuse.
Such safeguards may include:
- HTTPS encryption for data transmitted over public networks;
- Restricted access to application systems;
- Credential and access-token protection;
- Role-based or permission-based access where applicable;
- Application logging and monitoring;
- Reasonable access control and security procedures.
However, no internet-based service or data storage system can guarantee absolute security.
9. User Authorization and Permissions
AD_REPORT accesses third-party platform data only through permissions provided by an authorized user, business, or advertising account administrator.
Users may revoke application access through the applicable third-party platform, including Meta's application and business integration settings, where available.
Revoking authorization may prevent AD_REPORT from retrieving new information from the affected platform.
10. Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of AD_REPORT.

We will review valid requests and delete applicable information within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, contractual, and platform retention requirements.

11. Third-Party Platforms
AD_REPORT may connect to third-party services and advertising platforms. The collection and processing of information by those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
AD_REPORT is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms outside the application's own processing activities.
12. International Processing
Depending on the infrastructure and services used to operate AD_REPORT, information may be processed in countries or regions other than the user's location.
Where required, reasonable measures will be used to protect information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
13. Children's Privacy
AD_REPORT is a business advertising reporting application and is not intended for use by children.
We do not knowingly design the application to collect personal information directly from children.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to the application, platform requirements, legal requirements, or our data processing practices.
